At the heart of Vecopro stands our fearless leader, a 70-year-old visionary who traded his well-earned retirement for a pair of muddy boots and a dream. Once a government officer, he is now serving the Earth. Fueled by wisdom, grit, and the desire to heal the planet, he’s the driving force behind Vecopro’s mission to bring back balance, one handful of compost at a time. His story reminds us that age is no barrier when purpose runs deep — and that true revolutions often begin in the quiet rustle of soil.
Red Wiggler
Small, silent, and incredibly mighty — meet Eisenia fetida, lovingly known as our “Earth Muncher.” This humble worm is the real engine of Vecopro. While we sleep, it works — turning waste into wonder, trash into treasure, and decay into life. It’s our most tireless team member, never asking for a raise, a break, or even recognition. Yet, without it, none of this would exist. The Earth Muncher reminds us that greatness often wiggles in unseen corners.
